MODEL ACP- 30 AIR COOLED PORTABLE CHILLER
CAPACITY: 24 tons at 50 F leaving water at 95 F plant air
                    

COMPRESSOR:

Two (2) 16 hp "SCROLL" compressors connected in tandem with hot gas by-pass for capacity control. Four (4) steps of capacity control: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, and off.

EVAPORATOR:

Stainless steel braze plate 25 ton chiller vessel with 2" process connections.

CONDENSER:

Air cooled with copper tube and aluminum fins with Two (2) top discharge 1 hp propeller fans.

TANK:

Stainless steel insulated tank with water level plastic fill tube with cap and vent, side bottom drain with shut-off valve. Tank size 30" x 24" x 24" high - 75 gallon.

PUMP:

Stainless steel 5 hp close coupled to an ODP 3500 rpm motor with mechanical seal. Rated at 60 gpm at 50 psi. Discharge pressure gauge with shut-off valve and inlet "Y" strainer.

CONTROLS:

Honeywell solid state digital temperature controller with two (2) outputs each with adjustable, refrigeration high/low pressure safety, compressor and fan motor internal overload protection in winding, isolation pet cock.

FOR FREEZE PROTECTION:

We use both a water flow switch and a freeze thermostat.

COMPONENTRY:

Refrigeration expansion valve, sight glass, filter dryer, pump down valves, liquid line solenoid, hot gas solenoid with shut-off valve and crankcase heater.

FRAME:

Rugged 11 ga. welded steel base frame epoxy painted 5" casters, two swivel, two rigid.
