MODEL ACP- 30D AIR COOLED PORTABLE CHILLER
CAPACITY: 17.7 tons at 50 F leaving water at 95 F plant air.

COMPRESSOR:

Two (2) 10 hp "SCROLL" compressors, one for each circuit with hot gas by-pass for capacity control. Four (4) steps of capacity control: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, and off.

EVAPORATOR:

Two (2) stainless steel braze plate insulated chiller vessels, one for each circuit, with 1 ¼" isolation valves and 2" process connections with inlet "Y" strainer.

CONDENSER:

Two (2) air cooled copper tube and aluminum fin condensers with two (2) 1 hp top discharge propeller fans.

TANK:

Stainless steel insulated tank with water level plastic fill tube with vent cap, side bottom drain with shut-off valve. Tank size 2' x 2' x 1.5'h, tank capacity 45 gallons.

PUMP:

Stainless steel 3 hp close coupled to an ODP 3500 rpm motor with mechanical seal. Rated at 48 gpm at 45 psi. Discharge pressure gauge with shut-off valve.

CONTROLS:

Honeywell solid state digital read out temperature controller with four (4) outputs. Each circuit complete with refrigeration high and low pressure safety, compressor and fan motor internal overload protection in winding.

FOR FREEZE PROTECTION:

We use a water flow switch and two freeze thermostats.

COMPONENTRY:

Each circuit: Refrigeration expansion valve, sight glass, filter dryer, pump down valves, liquid line solenoid, hot gas solenoid with shut-off valve and compressor crankcase heater.

FRAME:

Rugged welded stainless steel base frame with 5" casters: two swivel, two rigid.
